Shifting your understanding of this relationship and learning to benefit from it, gives you the power to create the performance you want. Emma will introduce some basic ideas, work experientially with individuals in the group setting and interact with all your questions and ideas as the workshop progresses; an enjoyable way to deepen your insight into what you are capable of and what it takes to access that.
